Keep Moving with Confidence

Shock-absorbing wheels and an easy hook-on/off design help your dog move more comfortably across everyday surfaces.

Find the Pawfect Fit

Use your dog’s key measurements and weight to find the right wheelchair size. If your dog can stand safely, providing chest and waist girth allows us to recommend a more precise harness fit.

Back Length

Measure from the front of the chest to the base of the tail. Keep the measuring tape gently against the body without pulling tight.

Back Height

Measure from the ground to the top of your dog’s back, with your dog standing naturally on all four legs.

If your dog cannot stand? Have your dog lie comfortably on their side. Gently position the leg in its natural standing position without pulling or straightening it, then take the height measurement as shown in the guide.

Chest Girth

If your dog can stand comfortably, measure around the widest part of the chest. This helps us select the most suitable harness size.

Waist Girth

If your dog can stand comfortably, measure around the waist where the harness sits. This helps us fine-tune the harness fit.

How to Wear

Follow each step to ensure secure support and proper alignment.
Step 1

Fit the Front Harness

Position the front harness comfortably around your dog’s chest and shoulders. Adjust the straps for a snug, secure fit, then fasten the buckles.

Step 2

Fit the Hip Harness

Position the hip harness securely around your dog’s hips. Adjust the connecting strap so the harness sits centred and comfortably, then fasten the buckle.

Step 3

Connect the Harnesses to the Frame

Rest your dog’s body on the belly strap and attach the square ring on each harness to the corresponding hook on the wheelchair frame. Secure each connection by tightening the screw firmly.

Step 4

Position the Rear Legs

Carefully lift your dog’s weak rear legs and place them into the rear leg support loops. Adjust the loops so the legs are comfortably supported without excessive pressure or twisting.

FIT CHECK

A secure fit should support movement—not restrict it.

The wheelchair sits straight and remains aligned with your dog’s body.

All straps are snug without pressing, pinching, or restricting breathing.

The wheels sit evenly on the ground and roll smoothly without pulling to either side.

Your dog can walk, stand, and move their head and body comfortably.

Make sure no straps, supports, or frame parts rub against the skin, joints, or abdomen.

Every dog responds differently to mobility support. Start with short sessions and gradually increase use as your dog becomes comfortable. Stop use and readjust the wheelchair if you notice rubbing, discomfort, unusual posture, or signs of distress.

Frequently asked questions

When does my dog need full-body support?

A four-wheel wheelchair is designed for dogs with reduced function in both the front and rear limbs, including advanced mobility loss, paralysis, neurological conditions, rehabilitation and age-related weakness. By supporting both ends of the body, it can help improve balance and distribute weight more evenly during movement. For dogs with complex or changing conditions, consult your veterinarian or rehabilitation professional before use.

How should the wheelchair be adjusted for my dog?

Start by selecting the appropriate frame size using your dog’s back height and back length. Then adjust the wheelchair’s height, width and length so the frame is centred and your dog can maintain a comfortable, natural posture. The front and rear supports should provide stable assistance without placing excessive pressure on the chest, abdomen, hips or limbs.

Will my dog be able to move naturally in the wheelchair?

The wheelchair is designed to support your dog without unnecessarily restricting natural movement. The four-wheel configuration provides stability while allowing the limbs to move within their supported range. Introduce the wheelchair gradually and observe your dog’s posture, gait and comfort. Adjust the frame or support straps if your dog is leaning, twisting or showing signs of discomfort.

Can my dog toilet normally while using the wheelchair?

The support system is designed to allow natural urination and defecation while keeping the body securely supported. The rear area remains sufficiently open for normal toileting and tail movement. Always check the position of the harness and support straps before use to ensure they are not interfering with your dog’s normal function.

How should my dog get used to a four-wheel wheelchair?

Begin with short sessions on a stable, level surface and allow your dog time to become comfortable with the additional front and rear support. Check their posture and movement regularly, then gradually increase the duration as their confidence develops. Avoid forcing your dog to continue if they show signs of pain, distress, unusual fatigue or persistent resistance.
